Design Services
Our design services are in two main categories:
1. Private Owners or Owner Builders:
These are usually single residences for people who own their own land and have a definite idea of what they want or would like.
The surrounding environment e.g. views, slope of the land, prevailing winds,
which rooms get the morning or afternoon sun etc. are all factored in to
give the owners the best possible house for their budget.
2. Builders and Developers:
Display Houses or multi-unit buildings ranging from
2 units (Duplex), townhouse developments to multi unit 3 storey blocks.
Display houses are usually prototype designs of the builders and are built to showcase their work.
Units are designed to the local council's guidelines as to the maximum number of units (and the size of units) that a block of land is allowed and most builders or developers want the maximum. The building must meet all council requirements (building envelope, parking requirements, fire regulations etc.), the builders or developers requirements and it has to present well so that it will sell.
